This should not replace your normal communication with your instructor when your questions are related to course material and the nature of assignments. All calls are directed to the Blackboard Student Services support team. During business hours, if they cannot resolve an issue, the call will be escalated to a member of the ITG. For off hour calls that require escalation, a ticket will be created on behalf of the caller.

Generates a ticket to be handled directly by the ITG with a response to the requestor within one business day.
